My Story

I am a proud mother of 2 kids, Art, 21 and Arba, 15. Most of you know me as the first Miss Kosovo (1990), the girl who broke many taboos and presented Kosovo in the fashion scene worldwide.
I didn’t have a smooth ride, and it wasn’t easy at that time due to the struggles that my country and the region were going through, but still, I made a success story as a fashion model. I enjoyed being part of many fashion shows, commercials and photo shoots in the UK and Europe.

Some of you may remember me for organising various fundraising events aiming to promote health and wellness, such as the 5km mini-marathon or the values of the Albanian tradition, such as Ballo Shqiptare.

Or you may know me as a fashion designer with meaningful awareness collections, supporting women who survived cancer and supporting kids fighting cancer. What you may not know is that I am a cancer survivor myself - an experience that changed my life in 2010 in many ways. Since then, I’ve been grateful for every new healthy day, I feel at peace with myself, and I am passionate about life and its tremendous opportunities down the road of discovery.

As I do so often in concerted efforts with like-minded people, other times as a trailblazer, I look forward to sharing.
The beauty of sharing!

So, welcome to my page and to this, again, the first experience - being part of “VIP Big Brother”, an amazing project that is being implemented for the first time in Kosovo, I feel privileged and honoured to share my opinions regarding the celebrities that have made the bold move to open up to the public. I recognise that it requires lots of strength to let audiences judge your way of thinking, your beliefs, actions and routines for 100 days.

I’m looking forward to this journey, and I will do my best by being honest, open-minded, comprehensible and appreciative of their diversity.
